We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor of Merchandise to join our team in our Administrative Offices in Laureldale, PA!

Job Responsibilities: 

• Oversee Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, payments and resolution of vendor discrepancies

• Supervise a small office staff

• Positively and effectively interact with Vendors, Buyers, Logistics and other departments as required towards the goal of identifying and resolving issues

• Maintain accuracy through problem solving and independent decision-making capabilities along with the skills to plan, organize, develop, interpret and implement business office programs, objectives and procedures

• Acquire the ability to train and support coworkers in all Accounts Payable tasks

• Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with all aspects of the division
   

Qualifications:

• College diploma or equivalent related experience

• Prior retail experience is a plus

• Computer skills should include a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). 

• PeopleSoft experience is a plus.

• Strong mathematical skills

• Demonstrate critical analytical skills and sound judgment

• Have a strong work ethic and have the ability to be innovative

• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task, with excellent time management skills
