Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Operations
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable dining experience for guests.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverage service.
- Maintain an active presence on the floor, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, train, schedule, and supervise servers, bartenders, and support staff.
- Set clear performance expectations and cultivate a positive, service-driven team culture.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action as needed to support accountability and development.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Enforce health, safety, and responsible beverage service standards at all times.
- Coordinate ongoing training and certifications to maintain operational excellence.
Cleanliness & Sanitation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained restaurant environment at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health department standards and company sanitation protocols.
- Partner with culinary, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to promptly address facility needs.
Administrative & Financial Oversight
- Support labor management, scheduling, and cost control efforts.
- Oversee inventory management for food, beverage, and operational supplies.
- Prepare reports and communicate operational updates and needs to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and sanitation requirements.
- Current Food Handler certification and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and service standards.
