The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for the Strategic Capabilities Finance is responsible for the management reporting of financial results, the multi-year financial planning process and the financial support for the strategic and tactical needs of the business. Strategic Capabilities include Technology Organization, Data Organization and Planning and Strategy team for the enterprise.

The role will report to the CFO of Strategic Capabilities Finance and will serve as key role for the organization. This role involves close coordination with the broader finance community and with our key business stakeholder such as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Data Officer. We are looking for a driven leader with a passion for analytics and leading a team and coaching them to deliver on all key strategic deliverables.

 

Major Responsibilities

 

• Management Reporting and Analysis: Develop and produce timely, accurate and insightful management reports, with performance indicators and metrics, to support senior management decision making and execution.

o Develop key messages around business performance and link financial results to business strategies

o Meet with key stakeholders to understand business trends

o Produce, communicate and present a quarterly financial package to senior leaders and business partners

o Contribute to the monthly financial reporting package

o Develop analytics, trends, and commentary to illustrate and explain the story to senior management

 

• Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead an efficient, thorough, and insightful planning process.

o Coordinate the multi-year financial planning process across Strategic Capabilities finance, business, and distribution partners

o Link financial plans to strategic business objectives, key initiatives, sales plans, and budgets

o Produce financial planning package, including key performance metrics

o Communicate results to business partners and senior management

 

• Strategic Business Support – Act as thought partner in providing analytical insight and perspective to the leaders of the business.
