Reporting to the Associate Administrator, Patient Access, the Senior Manager of Admitting holds 24/7 responsibility for the
operational and strategic leadership of assigned service area(s). This role is accountable for driving operational excellence in
non-clinical functions, including organizational planning, process improvement, quality outcomes, staff development, and
customer service. The Senior Manager serves as a key liaison for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between
departments and system-wide Revenue Cycle objectives.
This position will help the Associate Administrator, Patient Access, leads and oversees system-wide Patient Access process
improvement initiatives at the hospital level by engaging with Revenue Cycle leadership, clinical teams, and support services
to improve workflows, standardize best practices, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Senior
Manager plays a critical role in the implementation of new practices and in guiding the development of effective training
programs.
Minimum Education:
High school or equivalent
Bachelor's degree or Degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
5 years Management experience in patient access department in an acute care setting.
Required License/Certification: AB 508 Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer into the department, and maintained by renewal before expiration date

The salary range for this position is $110,00 - $145,000.
