As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a passionate and capable Data Scientist to develop scalable, high-impact data applications that influence strategy across the firm.</p><p></p><p>As a key contributor to our growing Data Science team, you’ll build and enhance data-driven Python applications that unlock insights from vast and complex financial datasets. Working alongside data engineers, product managers, and commercial teams, your work will help shape the future of our analytics and product offerings.</p><p></p><p><b>Role Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Designing and developing robust Python applications for financial data analysis, transformation, and enrichment.</p></li><li><p>Building dynamic dashboards and monitoring tools to visualize key metrics and support business decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Enhancing and supporting a suite of existing data applications and quality control systems.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating across teams to ensure data integrity, scalability, and usability of models and pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Applying software engineering best practices including modular design, testing, and CI/CD processes.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience / Competences</b></p><p><u>Essential</u></p><ul><li><p>Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative field.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience as a Python Developer with strong software engineering fundamentals (OOP, modular design).</p></li><li><p>Solid SQL skills and experience with large-scale data sets.</p></li><li><p>Experience with tools such as Airflow, Snowflake, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Desired</u></p><ul><li><p>Industry experience in a computational or quantitative data science role.</p></li><li><p>Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and commercial teams.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</p></li><li><p>Exposure to machine learning, generative AI, or similar advanced analytics tools.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Role Band &amp; Level</b></p><ul><li><p>Professional / 5</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>#PARAMETA #LI-ASO #LI-Hybrid</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Not The Perfect Fit?</b></p><p>Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
