You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our current solutions and taking them to the next level. Join us in this exciting journey!</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>YOUR </strong><strong>MISSION</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to optimize our recommendation engine and ranking algorithms</li> <li>Use advanced statistical methods to identify opportunities for Wunderflats across various functions to drive increased use of the platform</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business Development, and Marketing, Engineering to provide data-driven insights, effectively communicating complex findings and technical concepts</li> <li>Develop validation frameworks for new experimental features and business opportunities</li> <li>Document methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing within the team</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>YOUR PROFILE </strong></h3> <ul> <li>You have 3+ years experience within a similar position, where you developed models for production</li> <li>Having experience in deploying models to production is considered a plus</li> <li>Experience with Ranking algorithms and/or Recommender Systems</li> <li>Experience with ensemble learning algorithms (Random Forest, LightGBM)</li> <li>Experience with Google Cloud (BigQuery) or other public cloud providers</li> <li>You are a first-principles thinker understanding the assumptions and tradeoffs that come with each solution</li> <li>Ability to ask business-relevant questions and find answers in datasets using tools like Jupyter notebooks.</li> <li>Proficient in Python and  basic software engineering practices, including version control, testing, and code reviews</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>OUR PITCH</h3> <ul> <li><strong>#empathyculture:</strong> Become part of our international team with a scale-up atmosphere, where you as a person really count and your ideas and work make a real impact.</li> <li><strong>#worklifeinbalance:</strong> Our working hours are flexible and family-friendly.
