Responsibilities:

• Motivate team members.
• Train associates and ambassadors to set appointments.
• Meet or exceed appointment goals.
• Interview potential candidates.
• Lead weekly trainings.
• 70% local Treasure Valley paid travel with vehicle provided.
• 30% Eastern Idaho paid travel with vehicle provided.
• Scheduling appointments.

 Compensation: $20-24 an hour starting PLUS commission. Earn up to $65,000-$100,000 Plus.  Come be a part of an expanding company. This is a career opportunity with advancement.
