Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Human Resources (HR) Manufacturing, Safety and Total Quality organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (Associate or Experienced) to join our team in Auburn, WA!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive HR team at Boeing. By partnering with senior executives, managers, and employees, you will have a critical role in driving business value, a best-in-class employee experience and effective delivery of HR programs, services and support. The position requires strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills, talent management experience, collaboration, employee relations, independent judgment and the ability to influence others. This position will support both our Auburn, WA and Frederickson, WA sites.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders/employees to drive the development of people strategies, action plans and metrics to assess progress/impact
- Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources as appropriate; influencing process improvement by working with others; utilizing conflict resolution techniques, and making the necessary changes to mitigate risk and ensure employee perspectives are considered
- Coach all employee levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture to performance outcomes
- Aids in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity & inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
- Utilize HR metrics and people data for informed decision-making, leveraging Tableau and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Communicate with HR peers and leaders on site activities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Flexible work arrangements will be considered on an as-needed basis.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 1+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions and/or programs
- 1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Human Resources certification(s)
- 1+ years in a Human Resources Business Partner role
- 1+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
- 1+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all level
