Description

The Management Department at the Fowler College of Business (FCB) at San Diego State University (SDSU) seeks to hire a tenure-track assistant professor with expertise in Organizational Behavior starting in Fall 2027. Since SDSU values high-quality scholarship and teaching, the successful candidate must exhibit competence/potential in two areas. The first entails conducting high-quality scholarship in Organizational Behavior, resulting in top-tier journal publications and academic thought leadership. As the university values and educates a diverse student body, including traditional and non-traditional students, some evening teaching may also be required. Filling this position is contingent upon state funding. Consideration of applicants will begin in August and will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Apply via PageUp by September 4, 2026 in order to be considered in the first round of reviews.
