Reporting to the Service Commercial Support Team Leader  the Service Commercial Support Representative is responsible together with his/her team members for all service commercial related tasks.

This position is part of the Service Commercial Support Team located in Tiel and will be hybrid, working from home on Mondays and Fridays. 

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Processing incoming service orders 
• Creating quotes for new services
• Handling of logistical process for instruments sent to Hach Central Repair Center
• Invoicing service orders
• Renewal and maintain service contracts
• Point of contact for internal and external customers

The essential requirements of the job include:  

• A suitable training at least MBO level (administrative or commercial)
• Fluent language skills in English and Dutch and preferably in French.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and preferably with Salesforce and or ServiceMax
