The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you would be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process in your designated business unit.
Our business is continuously growing and therefore the recruitment successes are essential. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team and of course with HR and Line Managers. As we work in an international environment, you will also cooperate with other HR teams across the globe.
Please note that this is a time limited contract.

Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process
- Work closely with line managers to create job descriptions
- Maintain and update the Recruitment Information System
- Screen CV’s, invite & interview candidates
- Provide advice and guidance based on recruitment best practice, market conditions, candidates and acting as subject matter expert to facilitate the recruitment process by working with the hiring manager
- Maintain contacts with external parties, like staffing agencies and jobsites
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings
We think you have:
- University Degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, etc) or equivalent through experience
- A couple of years of recruitment experience (in-house), preferably with high volume recruitment
- You are a person with good interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independent of direct supervision
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business
It would be great if you also:
- Are fluent in another European language
- Have experience of tech-related recruitment
