Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: As the Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Engineering, you will provide strategic leadership for the Manufacturing Engineering function, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and innovation. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers, partner cross-functionally with senior leaders, and drive scalable processes that enable world-class product quality, efficiency, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Lead sustaining functions for CNC Programming and Machining, Clean and Sterile Pack, Coating department, Metal Finishing, and Distribution
  • Maintain capacity planning models in all key processes
  • Align departmental objectives with business priorities and track performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage resources and priorities across multiple projects to support production and new product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other applicable global regulations and standards.
  • Partner with R&D, Operations, and leadership to integrate manufacturing input into product design and development.
  • Drive process development, prototyping, validation testing, and continuous improvement
