About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Content Production Assistant to join our dynamic Thought Leadership Multimedia team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the creation and delivery of high-quality content across various formats, including podcasts, videos, live event broadcast programming, webinars, and global research. You will have a passion for content production, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit.

About You

Responsibilities

  • Video Production Support: Assist in the planning, filming, and post-production editing of video and audio content. This includes researching topics and identifying potential interviewees, assisting with scriptwriting and storyboarding, and managing media files and project assets. 

  • Research Support: Support research initiatives by facilitating the launch of research projects, managing follow-up blog posts, and assisting with the project management of other content formats like webinars and social media livestreams. 

  • Logistical Coordination: Coordinate logistical aspects of video production, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This includes scheduling and coordinating prep calls and on-set filming. 

  • On-Set Support: Provide exceptional on-set support to ensure a positive and productive filming experience by assisting the talent during video shoots and live event broadcasts, ensuring their comfort and readiness. Support the thought leadership multimedia team in executing the content and creative vision on set. 

  • Post-Production Management: Support the Multimedia Production Lead with the  post-production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality multimedia. This includes assisting with first edits of raw footage, managing stakeholder reviews and feedback, and overseeing closed captioning and transcription for multimedia assets. 

  • Localization Management: Partner with the localization team to manage the localization process for multimedia content, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy for regional audiences.

  • Project Management: Define and formalize process workflows for content video production, ensuring efficient and consistent operations. Manage day-to-day multimedia operations, including scheduling and publishing multimedia content to Workday channels. 

  • Channel Distribution: Assist in the distribution of multimedia content across various platforms and teams (digital, paid media, social, etc.), ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, media production, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in the technology or cloud software industry (SaaS experience a plus)

  • 2+ years of experience in multimedia production

  • Proven skills in at least two multimedia formats, such as podcasting, video production, or animation.

  • Experience with content creation tools and technologies (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).

  • Strong understanding of vi
