Open Positions:

• Technology Business Analyst: As a Tech BA, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You'll analyze requirements, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Java Developer/Software Engineer: If you're a coding enthusiast, join us as a Java Developer and contribute to building and maintaining high-performance applications. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and agile environment.

What We're Looking For:

• General Requirements (Both Roles):
  • Recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Prior internship or work experience in a technology-related field is a plus.

• Technology Business Analyst:
  • Foundational knowledge of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications

• Java Developer/Software Engineer:
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Familiarity with relevant frameworks and technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
