Job Description
Job Summary
Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and other processes relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning and issue/risk management.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Under minimal to no supervision, provides analysis on large scale business requests that have a large degree of ambiguity and complexity. Typically in support of multiple state plans, two or more major functional areas, large scale projects, or several highly complex, technically challenging projects.
• Proven ability to formulate compelling exec summaries and recommendations. Advanced knowledge of healthcare payer processes/business.
• Completes advanced deliverables; ability to use modeling techniques to design and communicate solutions. Complete mastery of techniques for requirements gathering, process modeling, testing, etc.
• Recognizes obstacles that require attention. Solves vague/ambiguous problems of a large scope/complexity. Only engages management chain for facilitation of serious roadblocks/concerns.
• Supports projects that may have extensive cross functional impact and team organization..
Job Qualifications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree – Or equivalent work experience
Required Experience
7-10 years of relevant work experience
Preferred License, Certification, Association
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
