Job Summary:
The IS&T Client Solutions Analyst II is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and services to end users, with a strong emphasis on computer hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, and customer service. This role ensures that technology solutions are effectively deployed and maintained to meet user needs and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, and standard software applications.
- Provide hands-on technical support to resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support system upgrades, rollouts, and migrations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and support activities.
- Educate users on best practices and provide guidance on IT tools and resources.
- Ensure compliance with IS&T policies, security protocols, and asset management procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IS&T support, with a focus on hardware/software installation and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
