The HRIS Administrator is responsible for providing analytical and technical support to the Human Resources Department and the functionality of the HRIS systems. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) strategy to support the University’s goals and objectives.
• Facilitate timely and effective implementation of HR/PR automation and enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HRIS is aligned with University needs, and integration with other University systems (Anthology, Canvas, Concur, etc.) is optimized.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, integrations, and feeds with external vendors (i.e., benefits carriers) and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
• Implement and enforce data security measures to maintain safeguards employee information and PII.
• Understand and track changes to relevant laws and regulations, as it relates to systems configurations, enhancements, payroll, etc. and ensure compliance and that any necessary updates are implemented.
• Provide training and support to end-users on HRIS functionality.
• Creates and maintains policies, procedures, and documentation to adapt to new technologies and business requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user guidance.
• Generate reports, analyze HR metrics, and provide visual representations and insights to provide information for HR and Leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and produce other regular and ad-hoc reports for HR, PR, TA and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
• 3-5 years proven experience in HRIS management.
• Recent experience with, and proficiency in, UKG Pro to include Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Voice, Mobile App, People Assist strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
• Familiarity with best practices in HR technology.
• Proficient in creating BI reports.
