The Role

Are you a designer who enjoys strategic conversations and supporting the development of strategies that bring ideas to life? Design Strategists at Kyndryl will support co-creation across the customer lifecycle with our clients. From framing early-stage deals, to developing prototypes and driving innovation with new technologies, you will be a key player in designing strategic solutions that enable businesses to achieve their objectives.  Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Support the design, preparations, and facilitation of workshops to map out current state experiences and explore viable technologies. 

• Conduct secondary and primary research to identify pain points and areas of opportunity. 

• Collect and / or analyze data to identify key themes that will help define key user and business objectives. 

• Interface with customers and their stakeholders to drive innovation and strategically ideate new solutions. 

• Support the development of business cases and future roadmaps that bring new technologies to life. 

• Drive connections from technology solutions back to business objectives and outcomes. 

• Package final deliverables and action plans for customers.

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position is 

$81,930 to $186,790 based on a full-time schedule.  Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

• Experience in primary and secondary research methodologies and high-level data analysis.

• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Suite, Miro or Mural, & whiteboards. 

• Proficient with various Design Thinking methodologies and innovation. frameworks, like Jobs to Be Done, Lean Startup, and systems thinking.
