About Client: A dynamic law firm specializing in Homeowners Association (HOA) law, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to their clients, ensuring their communities are well-managed and legally compliant.

Job Description: A motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join the HOA law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with less than three years of experience who is passionate about HOA law and eager to grow their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the representation of HOA clients in various legal matters, including governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, bylaws, and resolutions.

• Attend and participate in HOA board meetings and provide legal advice as needed.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on complex cases and projects.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting HOAs.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Texas state bar or planning to take in the upcoming months.

• Graduated in the top 1/3 of your law school class (please include your class ranking on your resume).

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or interest in HOA law.

• Internship or clerkship experience in a related field.
