We are looking for an experienced and strategic individual to join our team as a capital investment lead. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our capital investment portfolio to ensure maximum returns and alignment with our long-term corporate objectives. You will conduct thorough financial analyses, evaluate investment opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance portfolio performance.

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and a deep understanding of investment principles are essential. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are also required.

As the Capital Investment Portfolio Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Portfolio Management: Oversee and optimize the capital investment portfolio to ensure maximum returns and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and risk assessment, to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance portfolio performance and achieve long-term financial goals.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly reports on portfolio performance, including key metrics, variances, and strategic insights, for senior management and stakeholders.
• Executive Communications: Communicate effectively with senior executives, providing clear and concise updates, insights, and recommendations regarding the investment portfolio.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and strategy, to gather relevant information, align on investment goals, and ensure cohesive execution of investment strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Business Strategy, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
