  • Execute cycle counts and reconcile inventory using dashboards and advanced tools such as Excel, SAP, and WMS, maintaining alignment with operational deadlines.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory accuracy reports, including materials shelf-life management and SAP master data updates to ensure compliance with system standards.
  • Support the reduction of inventory loss through proactive monitoring, correction of transactions, and process review for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor new clerks and material handlers on inventory control standards, data integrity, and safe handling practices to promote operational excellence.
  • Partner with production and warehouse teams to maintain organized storage conditions and accurate record-keeping at every stage of the manufacturing process.
  • Drive adherence to inventory timelines, ensuring all adjustments and transactions are documented promptly to meet plant reporting requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards in safety, attendance, and teamwork within a production setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy with proven problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Capability to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, or obtain certification within three months of starting.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems coupled with intermediate computer skills, including Windows-based applications and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Ability to assimilate and interpret inventory data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong communication skills in English for verbal and written instructions.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required for plant operations, including 8-hour, 12-hour, weekends, and overtime as necessary.

What We'll Do for You

  • Enable you to develop technical skills in advanced inventory systems and data analytics within a global manufacturing framework.
