$29.80/hr

Hourly Full-Time 7am-3pm – Monday-Friday)

The Job You Will Perform: 

• Help drive main plant and offsite blend plant safety and operational improvement efforts
• Champion and lead coordination of preventative maintenance processes
• Purchase materials, parts and supplies as required
• Provide technical expertise regarding plant equipment, facilities and capital projects
• Prioritize maintenance activities
• Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork
• Maintain a positive relationship with key stakeholders including: customers, manufacturing, customer service and sales support
• Effectively communicate with the business lead team through active participation in production meetings, project planning meetings, maintenance priority meetings and safety meetings.
• Participate in capital planning process for the business and give input on new equipment purchases and major modifications of existing equipment.
• Champion waste and other process improvement initiatives utilizing structured problem solving and employee engagement to yield positive results
• Lead as needed other team members for project planning and completion at the main plant and offsite plants.
• Occasional (5%) travel required for projects at off-site locations and/or training
