Job Summary

This individual provides leadership and direction for a group of technical and building staff. Their focus is to provide hands-on instruction to team members, always ensuring that they are demonstrating best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages, directs, and schedules work activities of skilled and semi-skilled trade craftsmen
• Coordinates with fellow supervisors and leaders on projects and special events in a teamwork- driven environment
• Assists craftsmen on solutions to difficult problems
• Gives on-site supervision over hazardous or unusual work assignments
• Responds to emergency problems in the facility
• Maintains logs, performs rounds, and schedules staff on maintenance work orders and inspections
• Performs other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, building or other skilled trade supervision
• Ability to use tools, machines, equipment and materials of the mechanical, electrical and/or building trades
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
• Excellent communication with senior client internal staff
• Experience managing employees
