About the Role:The Integrations Specialist Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals to design, implement, manage and maintain integration solutions that drive efficiency and productivity within the client's organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to ensure the successful execution of integration initiatives. It involves managing integration projects, mentoring staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business goals and objectives.

Essential responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of integration specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Define team goals and individual objectives, and regularly assess performance and provide feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop an integration strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Create a roadmap for integration projects, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging integration technologies, tools, and best practices to guide the team in selecting appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex integration challenges.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the team.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's integration knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and external partners to establish and maintain integrations with their systems.
• Oversee quality assurance processes for integration projects, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Implement and enforce security best practices for integration solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and project status.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status and performance of integration initiatives.
• Assist the team in resolving complex technical issues and challenges related to integrations.
• Act as an escalation point for critical integration incidents.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements related to integration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• 1+ year of experience working with enterprise clients
• 2+ years of experience working with REST API’s and familiar with JSON1
• Experience with Integrations with Salesforce and Adobe Analytics
• Technical ability to understand platforms and understand how they can and should work together
• Experience working with technical and non-technical teams
• Superior communications skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to tackle obscure problems using outside the box thinking when there may be limited resources on custom integrations
• Experience with Integrations with Salesforce and Adobe Analytics
• Proficiency in integration technologies, APIs, middleware solutions, and data formats.
