Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management supports the Risk Chief of Staff by working directly with the CRO and senior Risk leadership team to ensure effective planning, execution, communication, and coordination of Risk priorities across the organization. This role focuses on facilitating clear and consistent Risk communications, coordinating delivery of key Risk work products, supporting cross‑functional working teams, and ensuring Risk priorities are clearly defined, tracked, and executed.

This person acts as a central point of coordination for leadership materials, highest level governance forums and boards, and enterprise‑level Risk initiatives. Knowledge of Risk framework (policies, processes, systems of governance) is leveraged to ensure consistency across the Risk function and to communicate messages outside of Risk in a relatable way. Emphasizes organization, execution discipline, and communication effectiveness rather than direct ownership of risk assessments or technical risk models. High expectations for execution rigor and communication quality.
