Job Description

The Guest Services Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the front desk, retail store, and hot springs admissions areas. This position is responsible for supervising team members, creating work schedules, ordering retail and operational supplies, maintaining service standards, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences throughout the resort.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $22.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

  • eritage Site, Olympic consists of several distinct ecosystems. The over 70 miles of rugged and beautiful pacific coastline, the wild, magical forests, the glacier-capped mountains and the calm lakes, make for an almost impossibly diverse and wide range of natural beauty.

  • Lake Quinault Lodge is one such place. Built in 1926 and sitting above the shoreline of Lake Quinault with an expansive lawn out to the lake, the Lodge retains the turn of the century wooded feeling, with a warm and welcoming nature. The lodge includes an indoor pool, a sauna, a gift shop, and game rooms.

  • Lake Crescent Lodge on the Olympic Peninsula in northwest Washington. This magnificent and charming turn of the century resort was built in 1915 and remains an ideal base camp for enjoying Olympic National Park. Day hikes, bike rides, fishing, and canoeing are highly recommended and great ways to explore.

  • On the north end lies Log Cabin Resort, a rustic retreat for seekers of incredible views, fun beach days, and the immersion in the natural world. These cabins hark back to the days of summer camp, with lakeside cabins nestled in old growth cedars and firs. A variety of accommodations are available.

  • Sol Duc Hot Springs Resorts are surrounded by towering evergreens along the Sol Duc River in a picturesque valley. In addition to the pools, Sol Duc hosts a restaurant, a gift shop, and a convenience store.

  • Supervise daily front desk, retail, and hot springs admissions operations.

  • Lead, coach, and develop Guest Services Lead Workers and Guest Services Workers.
  • Create and maintain department schedules based on occupancy, visitation, and business demands.
  • Manage labor costs and staffing levels to support operational goals.
  • Coordinate employee training, onboarding, and performance coaching.
  • Ensure guest check-in, check-out, reservations, retail transactions, and pool admissions are performed accurately.
  • Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery situations.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism throughout the department.
  • Order retail merchandise, office supplies, operational materials, and guest service inventory.
  • Monitor retail inventory levels and coordinate receiving, stocking, and merchandising activities.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling, banking, and deposit procedures.
  • Assist with daily reports, revenue tracking, and operational documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and cash control procedures.
  • Conduct shift meetings and communicate operational updates to staff.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food service, and management teams to support overall resort operations.
  • Assist with hiring, interviewing, and staffing initiatives.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
