Salary:  $170,000 - $175,000 / year

Job Summary

As a District Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team and oversee multiple accounts across your territory. You’ll drive operational and financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain strong client relationships, and support community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Resident District Managers and/or Directors of Dining Services to deliver outstanding service.

• Drive performance in key areas: financials, safety, client satisfaction, and employee engagement.

• Represent the district at client and community events.

• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Retention teams on proposals and strategic initiatives.

• Support leadership in fostering culture, visibility, and accountability.

• Make strategic decisions that balance short- and long-term outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with food, safety, and quality regulations; lead audits and improvements.

• Champion talent development, succession planning, and team readiness.

• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting accuracy.

• Enforce fair and consistent policy administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in food service, hospitality, or related support services.

• Strong background in contract management, client relations, team development, and operations.

• Proven success in business growth and financial oversight.

• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to travel extensively.
