Job Summary
The Product team in Effectv is looking for a Sr. Analyst to help their growing organization deliver scalable and robust enterprise data tools that will build on the company’s mission to be a leader in audience based, addressable advertising solutions. Products tend to be data- and technology-based (e.g., registration, ecommerce, search, directory, email, advertising products) or may also be special features for existing programs (e.g., travel products, entertainment, financial portfolios, up-sell tools, etc.) This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial, data minded, problem-solver with a developing passion for building products and solutions in a cutting- edge media technology organization.The position will report to the Sr. Director, Product Management.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Analyze product management activities for several products, or one key product. Serve as a resource to other product managers, assist them in the resolution of semi-complex problems and/or take lead on features and requirements for larger projects.
Gather input from key stakeholders to define product concepts and requirements. Define and analyze markets and present findings and recommendations.
Evaluate technologies, develop detailed product specifications/requirements, implementation plans and roadmaps.
Contribute to cross-functional teams to envision new product features.
Coordinate with outside vendors and strategic partners to ensure that product initiatives are well-defined, data sets are aligned to specifications and UAT is completed.
Make product improvement recommendations to meet changing operational, sales and market needs.
Coordinates among a wide range of cross-functional internal and external partners to ensure that products get to market per specifications and on schedule.
Champion data literacy within the organization through the development of data dictionaries, schemas and support of internal data backbone while also bridging knowledge gaps between departments.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
3-5 years relevant experience
Curious, resourceful, communicative and collaborative
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills; successfully navigate between multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Data enthusiast with experience in updating complex (SQL) queries to obtain data necessary for product supp
