E-commerce Technical Specialist

This is a remote position.

Schedule: M-F, 10am to 6:30pm (12:00 PM to 6:30 AM Manila time) with 30 mins paid break

• Oversee the technical setup and integration of Shopify, Rebuy, Klaviyo, and Customers.ai for a seamless e-commerce experience.
  
• Configure and maintain product listings, payment gateways, and checkout processes on Shopify.
  
• Implement and optimize upsell, cross-sell, and post-purchase strategies using Rebuy.
  
• Manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and customer segmentation through Klaviyo.
  
• Leverage Customers.ai for chatbot setup, customer support automation, and lead generation.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms to ensure smooth functionality.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align e-commerce strategies with broader business goals.
  
• Monitor and analyze platform performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
• Stay updated with the latest platform updates, features, and best practices.
  

• Proven experience with Shopify, Rebuy, Klaviyo, and Customers.ai.
  
• Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, digital marketing, and automation.
  
• Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of APIs and integrations between platforms.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions independently.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for customizing Shopify themes and email templates (coding experience is not required, but a plus).
  
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
  
• Prior experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a plus.
