As an Enterprise Skills Initiative Communications Manager in WW Learning, you will clarify and communicate business strategy to drive impact that maximizes the reach of Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI) program.

Your decisions and strategy will guide the direction of hundreds of Microsoft Training Program Managers, Technical Trainers, and Learning Partner representatives across the world as they execute Microsoft sponsored Skilling Plans designed to enable our customers to be successful with our cloud platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the ESI program to customers and partners and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the internal spokesperson for ESI to relevant communities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure planned and consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Drive strategy for internal changes and external adoption
  • Create and manage content for the ESI program, including presentations, newsletters, and web presence
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

 

 

  • Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 5+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management o OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 3+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing change and communication strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem is a plus.

Integrated Learning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
