Job Title: Parts Coordinator/Service Parts Delivery Driver
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Execute warranty parts delivery to varied locations per delivery order by performing the essential duties below. The Service Parts Delivery Driver is key to a successful customer service experience. The main responsibility of this position is to deliver warranty and service parts to varied locations to repair common service issues associated with a new manufactured home. To be successful, a Service Parts Delivery Driver must possess many different administrative skills. A major objective of this position is to ensure accurate, timely deliveries to complete new home warranty service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage work schedule by making appointments with contractors and retailers.
- Verify parts with orders pre - and - post delivery.
- Pull and load materials and parts as needed per delivery request. Deliveries can come at a moments notice, must be able to travel Mon-Friday as needed.
- Maintain company vehicle, which includes keeping vehicle clean, stocked and serviced regularly.
- Complete hotel and U-Haul reservations when needed within company rates.
- Complete and maintain responsibility for all documentation related to materials and delivery.
- Possess carpentry skills in the following areas: Maintain company tools, equipment, and materials. Inform management of any issues.
- Represent Champion Home Builders with a friendly attitude and professional appearance.
- Demonstrate strong customer relation skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to critical think and work independently.
- Troubleshoot, reason and solve problems.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Understand and execute instructions.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Must provide valid driver's license and hold clean driving record.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee will be working at a rapid pace within the production line. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock.
