We are looking for a Global Supply Manager (GSM) to lead sourcing, negotiations and supplier management activities in support of Cruise’s G&A cost functions

What you’ll be doing:

• Support procurement of software and services for Cruise's G&A cost functions
• Conduct RFx, negotiate the cost and other terms and conditions of such purchases by collaborating with the partners and legal
• Ensure smooth procure to pay process by working with the partners and finance
• Gather requirements and input, conduct research, analyze data, propose optimal indirect procurement processes and procedures (e.g. coupa) and obtain consensus from the various partners. Deploy and program manage process improvement by working with internal IT team and outside consultants

What you must have:

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in procurement, program management, project management or operations in a technology related industry
• Bachelor’s degree required, JD/MBA preferred
• Program management and process improvement skills desired
• Comfort with legal frameworks and contract negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Superior analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to achieve business objectives
• Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise, and problem-solve
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders
• Organizational skills to manage and track transactional details

• Knowledge of and experience in autonomous vehicle space

• Prior experience in top consulting firms

The salary range for this position is $129,200 - 190,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
