Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the execution of cluster activities, ensuring delivery aligns with Best-In-Class standards and project timelines.

• Supporting governance by preparing and facilitating key meetings, managing risks, and ensuring process adherence.

• Driving portfolio and pipeline optimization by identifying complexity reduction opportunities and promoting synergies.

• Owning continuous improvement initiatives, including training development, knowledge sharing, and fostering a learning culture.

• Collaborating effectively with Demand, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to synchronize activities and achieve high-quality outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in demand/supply chain or project/process management, with a formal project management qualification preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, with a focus on ownership and accountability for results.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.

• Proficiency in MS tools and openness to leveraging digital solutions for continuous improvement.

• A collaborative leadership style, skilled in building relationships, managing conflicts, and adapting to ambiguity with flexibility and resilience.
