Responsibilities:

• Offers administrative support related to various HR functions

• Drives continuous improvement in all aspects of HR

• Facilitates, monitors, and ensures quality with respect to the payroll cycle(s)

• Maintains and updates the HRIS

• Prepares contracts, employee letters, and legal documents

• Monitors relevant time-tracking and attendance systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or compensating years of experience
Prior experience in manufacturing industry preferred
1+ years of experience in Human Resources function
Professional-Level English language skills
