The Offshore Operational Readiness program plays a crucial role in this mission by ensuring the company is prepared for offshore operations. This program coordinates and plans across key value chain functions and regions, guaranteeing the successful delivery of our first commercial projects. <br/>  </p> <p><b>Responsibilities</b><br/> As a Lead Specialist in Offshore Operational Readiness (OOR), you will focus on:<br/> Project Readiness:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define key indicators for project readiness, ensuring products or services are ready for deployment</li> <li>Regularly update and maintain the quality of readiness indicators. Identify risks and develop aligned mitigation strategies</li> </ul> <p>Stakeholder Communication:</p> <ul> <li>Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on project status</li> <li>Establish and maintain effective communication channels. Promptly address any concerns or issues</li> </ul> <p>Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation:</p> <ul> <li>Assess risk and issue mitigation plans to ensure proper alignment and transparency across functions</li> <li>Implement continuous improvement initiatives for Offshore Operational Readiness (OOR) processes. Maintain high-quality standards for project status reports</li> </ul> <p>Day-to-Day Operations:</p> <ul> <li>Align with the full value chain on deliverables and project statuses within scope Resolve or escalate operational challenges promptly. Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Planning, or Project Management as a minimum requirement</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in coordinating large-scale, complex, and transformative projects</li> <li>Proficiency in stakeholder management within a matrix organization structure</li> <li>Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Competencies</b></p> <ul> <li>Enhance transparency and alignment across the entire organization</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and escalate issues and risks</li> <li>Focus on problem-solving, creating transparency, and ensuring Lessons Learned are captured and implemented</li> <li>Identify and resolve cross-functional project issues</li> <li>Ensure all project stakeholders are informed of project progress</li> <li>Create and present solutions and mitigation strategies to the appropriate decision-making forums</li> <li>Ensure project stakeholders have the information needed to make informed decisions</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>What we offer</b><br/> As a Lead Specialist in Offshore Operational Readiness, you will have a unique opportunity to work on the largest investment in Vestas' history.
