Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to your team members. You will foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, ensuring that each team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work.</p> <p dir="ltr">Υou will work with the solutions architect and the product owner, be part of the sprint planning team, ensure delivered work is as per the design, assist the client with UAT, build automated testing processes, and own the QA environment. But most importantly, <strong>feel proud and confident about the product that’s released</strong>!<br/></p> <p><br/></p> <p dir="ltr">We guarantee one thing, working with the <strong>latest tech stack</strong> and investing in your <strong>continuous growth and development</strong>!</p> <p><br/></p> <p>Your responsibilities:<br/></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Organize and <strong>own the QA environment</strong>, including test data sets</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Manage <strong>the QA division of Satori, </strong>allocate our engineers to projects, monitor their performance, coach and guide them</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work with our director of Engineering to set up, implement and<strong> review our QA strategy and practices.</strong></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work with Dev Ops to incorporate <strong>automated testing</strong> into the CI/CD pipelines</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Guide the team to write <strong>automated regression tests</strong> that will be incorporated in a CI/CD pipeline</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Participate in the estimation of user stories</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Contribute in<strong> full functionality testing of the sprint’s stories</strong></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Isolate, replicate, and report defects in high visibility projects</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Provide leadership in promoting the <strong>Agile methodologies</strong></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Assist in the creation of <strong>user stories</strong>, ensuring that the acceptance criteria are well defined and satisfy customer requirements</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work with the business analysts, developers, and data scientists to prepare and document high level test strategies</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Own the <strong>ISO processes</strong> of the company, leading the ISO compliance team in order to maintain and enhance our compliance processes.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Demonstrate stories during the sprint review</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Provide guidance to the team assisting the client with UAT</strong> test scripts that the client will use on their UAT environment</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Validate backend relational data</strong> stored in various SQL databases to validate business requirements (which requires the use of TSQL statements)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Report QA metrics and quality issues </strong>to project and business stakeholders<strong><br/></strong></p></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Your professional expertise</strong><br/></p> <ul><li>You thrive on solving complex problems and are highly solution-oriented with a creative mindset</li><li>You have a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills</li><li>You are an effective tea
