The increased need for automation of working processes, you will be part of changing the future of pharmaceutical production, project by project. You will have an instrumental role in the selection, testing and implementation of technology. <br/> In this role, you will be responsible for executing projects/tasks working with the newest technology and solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders from the API Manufacturing facilities, IT and Future Operations, Quality, and the Novo Nordisk Robotics network.<br/> As a Senior Robotics Engineer, you:<br/> •    Identify, plan, and execute robotic solutions within the scope of the FO - Digital and Tech. <br/> •    Support the process digitalisation and automation initiatives.<br/> •    Support the development of competences in Robotics and Automation in IT and FO.<br/> •    Support the development of Robotics Networks and forums.<br/> •    Proactively supervise and mentor junior profiles on Robotics and Automation. </p> <p> </p> <p>About the department<br/> Future Operations – Digital and Tech is currently growing, and we need an additional member in our team within the Robotics and Automation domain. </p> <p>Being part of API Business Support, our goal is to create value by collaborating with the API sites, understanding their needs, and building the Future Operations of API. We have a strong focus on the use of data and technology as the base for understanding our processes, increasing process transparency, standardization, and driving optimizations. <br/> Our efforts strive for increasing digitalization in the process and reducing manual interventions by utilizing the skills and capabilities in our team and our network across Novo Nordisk. Help us make API the forefront of technology to make the Future more sustainable and efficient. </p> <p>Future Operations – Digital and Tech is a culturally diverse team of Data Scientists, Chemical, Software, and Robotics Engineers that work together to meet the needs in the current and future API Production. We are part of an informal work environment, where inputs and insights are highly valued, and the team development is the base of our success.</p> <p><br/> Qualifications<br/> To succeed as a Senior Robotic Engineer, we expect that you:<br/> •    Hold a master’s degree in Automation, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field<br/> •    Have 6+ years of experience working with Robotics solutions (e.g. mobile robots, automated intralogistics, collaborative robots). <br/> •    Have experience with programming languages as C++, Java and Python.<br/> •    Have strong technical skills in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor).<br/> •    Have knowledge of Vision Applications and Design Thinking is a plus.<br/> •    Have previous experience from the pharmaceutical industry and in robotics simulation software is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.<br/> •    Proven experience in the implementation of robotics solutions, including testing and quality control.<br/> •    Experience with hardware and software documentation. <br/> •    Experience with project management, including developing project timelines and budgets.<br/> •    Fluent in written and spoken English.</p> <p> </p> <p>On a personal level, you have strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach, strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. You are expected to be self-motivated, engaged, and effective. You are systematic and result oriented with the ability to take initiative.
