To achieve this, we need people who can shape the future of our business and help us on our journey to becoming the best fast-moving consumer healthcare company in and for the world.</p><p></p><p><b>Main responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p></p><p>Reporting solid line to the IFSA CHC International Flow lead, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li><p>Prepare and follow up changes to financial flows in finance systems and mapping files</p></li><li><p>Document and communicate changes to stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Represent the team in project workstreams, participate in user acceptance tests</p></li><li><p>Validate and document end-to-end financial product flows (from production plants to final customers), taking into consideration, physical flows, Opella target model, tax constraints</p></li><li><p>Front desk of IFSA International Flows team: provide information to stakeholders, support users of our tools (mapping files, finance systems)</p></li><li><p>Update documentation of our processes and policies (IFSA Flow Manager Newcomer’s Guide, training material for our stakeholders)</p></li><li><p>Clean and update mapping files, enrich data using various data sources from other departments (Global Master Data, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Controlling, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Improve our tools to increase ease of use, efficiency and data quality</p></li><li><p>Challenge the ways of working of the team: propose process improvements and coordinate the implementation</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>About you</b></h1><ul><li><p>Business or finance (Business school, MBA) / master’s degree in finance, controlling, economics or similar</p></li><li><p>First experience with project responsibilities</p></li><li><p>First experience with data analysis / database management</p></li><li><p>MS Office, with advanced expertise in Excel</p></li><li><p>Database design, maintenance, quality assurance</p></li><li><p>Capacity of analysis and synthesis of data (financial, master and supply chain data)</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in an ERP (as SAP) or Business Intelligence tools are welcome but not mandatory</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of tax rules and policies, especially VAT rules would be a major plus</p></li><li><p>Business Partner Mindset, service oriented</p></li><li><p>At ease to interact with stakeholders across different levels of the organization in an international environment</p></li><li><p>Proactive, self-driven and able to work in a moving environment</p></li><li><p>Autonomy in managing time, topics and finding key interlocutors</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English and French</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Why choose us?</b></h1><ul><li><p>Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.</p></li><li><p>Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.</p></li><li><p>Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Pursue Progress.
