About the Role

As a Software Engineer on Infra, you will design, build and improve the infrastructure layer that provides a reliable, high performance environment for AI agents deployed in critical production environments.

What you might work on

• Designing and contributing to a custom built high-throughput workflow execution backend

• Architecting and maintaining distributed computing environments

• Simplify system bottlenecks and proactively re-architect key system components before they create issues in production

• Designing and scaling high performance production services

Things we’re looking for

• Proven track record of shipping high-quality code in challenging projects

• Knowledge of parallel computing concepts and distributed systems

• Knowledge of container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

• Proficiency in Python

• Obsessive mindset towards reliability and performance optimization

Bonus points

• Experience managing or leading ML Infra or Data infra projects

• Proficiency in C++/ Rust
