TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate internal opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Business Growth).

This is a remote in Dallas, TX position.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Business Growth team at TeleSolv Consulting. This role will be pivotal in securing top talent for upcoming opportunities. The ideal candidate is maintains a proactive posture to pursuing candidates in advance of the need. The candidate should have the ability to leverage a strong network of potential candidates, or quickly develop one.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source viable candidates through various channels, including databases, professional networks, and industry events. 
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles, including resumes and qualifications, to present to the proposal team in alignment with specific project needs. 
  • Manage candidate communications and build strong relationships with potential hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience. 
  • Assist in developing strategies to attract top talent and improve the overall quality of candidate submissions to proposals. 
  • Stay updated on designed opportunities and requirements, ensuring that candidate qualifications meet the criteria outlined in solicitations. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance recruiting processes and improve response times. 
  • Monitor industry trends and government policies that may impact talent needs and contracting opportunities. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and workforce requirements. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.  
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications against proposal needs.
