Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$78,471 - $106,167Using your strong critical thinking skills, you’ll be responsible for the continuous improvement of procurement policies, processes, and procedures, including implementation, training and support. Conduct research, identify trends and perform analysis to find opportunities for continuous improvement and conduct quality assurance checks to identify gaps, risks, and training needs.You’ll also provide support to internal partners for procurement and related programs, such as travel and corporate credit cards, and you’ll lead third-party risk management processes and vendor segmentation activities, including educating contract owners on responsibilities related to third-party risk management and partnering with category managers to resolve issues and ensure action plans are in place. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide support for internal partners on procurement policies, processes, procedures, and systems
- Lead third-party risk management activities
- Deliver training to internal partners
- Maintain process and procedure documentation

What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ economics/commerce
- 3 to 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate knowledge of strategic sourcing and operational procurement
- Completion of an industry recognized procurement or supply chain management certification is an asset.
