As a Global Marketing Communications Intern, you’ll be responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of various (mainly digital) content and events, across several areas of the professional and consumer-facing Signify marketing programs. These marketing programs include our global brands Philips and WiZ. You will be responsible for working on content linked to sustainability, technology, smart lighting, and IoT, and will have the chance to experience the dynamics of this rapidly changing business and market landscape firsthand!

What you’ll do

• Create impactful and effective content for our target audiences (digital and offline content – social media assets, presentations, leaflets, ads etc.)
• Liaise with agencies, third parties and internal stakeholders
• Support the team with projects, day-to-day activities and ad hoc requests
• Deliver world class communications packages to support our company, brand positioning and markets
• You’ll be actively participating in our virtual intern network where you’ll be working on business cases, personal development and building your internal network

Your qualifications

• Finalizing a Bachelor or a Master in a Marketing related subject
• Experienced in using social media apps and social media publishing tools
• Experienced with design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop (preferred)
• A self-starter who has a creative flare, pays attention to detail and is passionate about digital marketing
• Affinity with B2B and/or B2C
• A proactive, confident student and a good communicator
• A fast learner who is also passionate about learning and assessing how to apply your theoretical knowledge in a dynamic, innovative, and fast-paced environment
• Excellent (or native) English speaker, with strong written and verbal communication skills
