In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll shape the financial future of a global biotech leader. As part of our Global Operations Finance team, you’ll partner with cross-functional leaders, transform data into strategic insights, and drive improvements that truly impact the business as we expand globally.

What You’ll Do:

·       Be a Strategic Partner: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with global objectives and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.

·       Own Key Financial Cycles: Drive the FDB global budget process and lead month-end reporting to leadership, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and valuable insights for decision-making.

·       Collaborate Across Functions: Regularly engage with heads of site Finance and work across critical functional areas such as S&OP, Commercial, and Global Finance to support cross-functional initiatives and promote financial transparency.

·       Drive Performance with Data: Analyse financial results, spot trends, and provide insights that empower leadership to make data-driven decisions.

·       Tell the Story Behind the Numbers: Prepare and present reports, business cases, and performance analyses—turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

·       Champion Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance financial systems, tools, and processes for greater accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

·       Support Big-Picture Goals: Contribute to broader finance strategies, especially within CDMO environments, optimising contract and pricing strategies for improved cost control.

Who You Are:

·       Currently an Associate Finance Manager or similar, with solid FP&A experience

·       A problem-solver who thrives on using data to drive strategic decisions

·       Skilled in stakeholder management, with the confidence to collaborate with senior leaders across global functions

·       A proactive communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and geographies

·       Ready to take on a global role with real impact and visibility

Background and Education Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance or economics
• 5+ years of experience within Business Finance Partnering, FP&A or Business Controlling
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple
