Activities

The HR Documentation Specialist plays a key role in our digital transformation initiatives. This position focuses on managing the archival of paper Form I-9s into the LawLogix system, ensuring our employment eligibility records are securely stored in the same location and readily accessible for audits and compliance reviews.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Archive Form I-9 Documents: Upload scanned copies of paper Form I-9s into LawLogix (Equifax) as archival records, ensuring each form is properly labeled, indexed, and linked to the correct employee profile.
  • Monitor I-9 Compliance: Review electronic and archival I-9 records for accuracy and completeness. Identify and escalate any issues flagged by LawLog
