About the team:
The Ops Support Design Execution Team shapes the in-store experience by designing checkout areas, tenant spaces, backrooms, and Pickup locations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. This team develops innovative design solutions that enhance both associate and customer journeys, ensuring operational efficiency and effective space allocation. Collaborating closely with multiple departments, the team supports business strategies through project management and retail design expertise. Their work elevates store environments, aligning with company goals to create functional, welcoming spaces that drive performance and improve overall store operations.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the development and adaptation of store design solutions aligned with business strategies to enhance sales and reduce expenses.
  • Coordinate design sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Realty, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Develop and review design project requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to design standards.
  • Create multiple design options considering space allocation, customer experience, and department adjacencies.
  • Monitor implementation of design plans in store pilots, identifying improvement opportunities and approving scalable solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on design best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, operations, and realty.
  • Ability to translate business strategies into actionable design plans that enhance customer experience and drive sales profitability.
  • Proficiency in project management, including overseeing design implementation and ensuring adherence to standards and guidelines.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, leveraging data and feedback to optimize design outcomes and operational effectiveness.
