Looking for a position with the state that will allow you to employ your excellent administrative talents, such as customer service and multitasking? Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC), located in Norman, Oklahoma, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role will provide administrative support to the designated department. This work involves understanding of modern office equipment such as a copier, printer, scanner, multiline phone system, and computer. The position entails servicing walk-in consumers, arranging appointments, managing provider appointment schedules, and performing other activities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus one year of technical clerical, administrative, secretarial, or general office work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Applicants must also be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.
