THE POSITION

FanDuel is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the People team and help shape the next phase of FanDuel’s hyper growth! We are looking for candidates that are humble, collaborative, have a hunger and aptitude for fast learning, and a strong HR technical skill base and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have an objective and proactive approach to ensure that we are making balanced decisions to meet the needs of our business and our employees and strong experience operating as a strategic advisor, demonstrating excellent judgement and ability to influence effectively.
By immersing yourself in the unique needs of our workforce, you will develop strong business relationships and provide excellent HR guidance that aligns with FanDuel’s Culture and Principles. With minimal oversight, you'll drive and execute core HR processes, leverage our HRIS system for data-driven insights, and collaborate seamlessly with the other Centers of Excellence on the People team. The expectation is to further contribute to the overall success of FanDuel by taking broad initiative, serving as a trusted advisor, a data driven problem solver through various operational business cycles and through the ideation of HR practices.
In this role you will play a key role driving and/or supporting people initiatives for assigned departments within the Technology organization to support their departmental goals. This role will also act as the lead HR representative for the Atlanta office and must work independently.

- Understand the intricacies of the Technology employee population to successfully support the growth and demands of this fast-paced organization
- Work autonomously as the HR site leader for the Atlanta office
- Partner with assigned people leaders and their respective teams and serve as strategic advisor on all People matters by understanding their unique priorities and objectives and aligning that to the HR agenda for the overall business unit / functional department.
- Proactively collaborate with our People Team COEs to provide first class strategic business solutioning. Provide responsive and quality support, addressing the needs of employees and leaders within client groups.
- Leverage key partners in Legal, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Finance to deliver solutions for the teams you support. This is typically done through developing strong relationships cross functionally.
