Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Finance Talent Development & Rotation, the Finance Early Talent Rotation Manager is a key member of ServiceNow’s Finance Early Career Rotational programs team. The incumbent is responsible for partnering cross-functionally with engagement, recruiting, programs, coordination, and the broader Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) to build best-in-class Early in Career programs within Finance. This person will be responsible for management a nd development of some of our talent

What you get to do in this role:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by focusing on efficiency, effectiveness
  • Support execution and continuous improvement of our Finance programs including program design, features, events and recruitment strategy.
  • Collaborate with the business to manage early i n career talent concurrently with host managers
  • Define metrics to ensure success as it relates to employee experience, program participant satisfaction, consistent experience, and performance
  • Use a combination of analytics and expertise to tell the Finance EiC Programs story and influence on the direction of the program
  • Partner with program leadership and the EiC team on Finance recruitment efforts and attend on-campus events as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have: 

  • People management experience
  • Ability to deliver on on-campus initiatives i.e. networking events, tech talks, panels, information sessions, career fairs, targeted events etc. in partnership with program leadership and the EiC team
  • Knowledge of HR and/ or talent acquisition processes, systems, tools, and metrics
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience
  • Partnered with university career centers, faculty, student groups etc. to execute recruiting and engagement events
  • You have a consistent track record as a successful project manager, preferably in university & student hiring.
  • Experience working and managing deadlines across multiple projects, with moving priorities
  • Established partnerships with DiBs groups & MSI’s (Minority Serving Institutes); is a bonus

FD21

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $129,500 - $226,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
