The Larrabee Center for Facial Plastic Surgery is a state of the art, fast paced full-service facial plastic surgery and Medical Spa Practice featuring a broad spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures with a wide range of surgical and non-invasive treatments.

A great opportunity is available for an Medical Assistant who is outgoing, patient-centered, self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care according to physician’s instruction and in accordance with recognized techniques and procedures and established standards and policies to maintain the health and general well-being of the patient
• Provide preoperative and postoperative teaching for patients
• Provide assistance during Aesthetic Service Treatments
• Taking before & after photos of patients
• Room turnover
• Stocking Provider rooms/keeping track of consumable inventory
• Administer topical numbing cream as directed by the physician
• Prepare equipment and paperwork for treatment
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation
• Scribing while assisting with exams; attention to detail is key
• Assisting Front Desk with booking/communicating with patients via CRM

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office is a plus
• Ability to develop client relationships
• Proven track record of patient service commitment to excellence
• Availability to work Mon-Fri with some evening hours
