Key Qualifications
- Appointment Management: Schedule and track appointments and groups, keeping an organized schedule.
- Counseling Services: Deliver individual and group counseling, case management, education, and community outreach services.
- Orientation: Conduct client and family orientations, providing an overview of program guidelines and structure.
- Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and review Individual Treatment Plans, including discharge plans.
- Clinical Evaluation: Perform clinical evaluations, comprehensive assessments, and individualized treatment plans.
- Record Keeping: Maintain client treatment files in accordance with agency policies and regulations.
- Medication Management: Under RN or LVN supervision, manage client medications and document activities.
- Monitor Activities: Maintain treatment schedules, house rules, client behavior, and pass activities.
- Client Responsibilities: Oversee client chores and responsibilities.
- Intake & Orientation: Provide intake and program orientation for clients
- Progress Reports: Prepare client progress reports.
- Justice System Interaction: Interact with the criminal justice system as needed.
- Admissions Coordination: Schedule and manage admissions appointments with Janus staff.
- Compliance: Maintain department policies and procedures in line with accreditation, licensing, and certification requirements.
- Network Building: Work with area providers and state agencies to ensure continuity of care and responsiveness to client needs.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with Janus administrative staff (billing, HR, quality management, payroll, IT) to support mutual understanding and problem-solving.
- eHR Management: Use Electronic Medical Records (eHR) to document and enter client information.
- Alert System: Notify the Program Manager of potential crises or urgent situations.
- Accuracy: Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and timely.
- Meetings & Training: Attend required administrative meetings and training courses.
- Certifications: Maintain required certifications and professional licenses.
- Stay Informed: Keep your supervisor updated on activities, results, and potential problems; suggest corrective actions.
Pay & Benefits
At Janus, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $27.50 and $33.00 per hour and your base pay will be considered on your job-related skills, training, qualifications, experience, and relevant education.
